November already! Where has the year gone? As we prepare to gather for the Thanksgiving feast, I would like to take a moment to reflect on the many blessings I have been gifted this year. This year I am truly grateful for the many precious moments shared with friends, family, colleagues, and patients. Connecting with one another through exchanging ideas, sharing our triumphs, challenges, and laughter have been the most meaningful parts of my year. I am grateful to all those that have chosen to share their stories, journeys, and most of all time with me. I have learned so much from each of you and hope that I have done the same for you. Thank you for enriching my life.

Along with the personal connections, this year was also filled with lots of adventures for which I am thankful. Such as, traveling to Russia and see their grand palaces. These magnificent historic homes portray Russia’s rich history of triumph, beauty, and tragedy. It was a very awe-inspiring trip that I would recommend to anyone.

I also had the chance to go home to the Philippines and spend precious time with my family. It was a rejuvenating to be back in my small hometown island with my mom, brothers, and sisters.

As a proud grandmother, I must take a moment to fawn over my grandkids. My granddaughter performed as a soldier in the of the Nutcracker Ballet very admirably, but in my humble opinion, she stole the show. My grandson is diligently advancing in TaeKwonDo and is on his way to becoming a black belt. Watching them grow and thrive each year, leaves me awestruck about how quickly they are growing up. I’m sure I’m not the only one that experiences this, but kids are just growing up too quickly these days.

As I watch all these changes in my personal life, I am also amazed grateful for the changes in my professional life. Our little wellness clinic is evolving becoming even more focused on what’s important, our patients.

Patients have continued to defy expectations throughout the year and thriving. By committing each day to live a healthier lifestyle, they have overcome health challenges and improved their health. The effort and struggle put into attaining better health in mind, body, and spirit is the greatest gift you can give to yourself and your loved ones.  Good health is one of the greatest blessings with which one can be bestowed. As a wise man, named Buddha, once said, “Health is the greatest gift, contentment the greatest wealth, faithfulness the best relationship.”.

As we approach the Thanksgiving holiday, I would like to say Thanks to all of you for continuing to choose me and the staff at Bio Integrative Health Center International to assist you in your journey to optimum health. We are honored, humbled, and thankful to be of service. From our family to yours, we wish you a wonderful and safe Thanksgiving Holiday.

Sincerely,

Dr. Corazon Ibarra
